Ignacio Nieto is an artist, academic and researcher living in Santiago, Chile. His current interest lies in trans, inter and post disciplinary collaborative work done by artists and scientists, and in free mesh topology networks. During 2014 he presented his work at the following venues: Buenos Aires International Book Fair, Valparaiso II Digital Culture Meeting, and Hacker Spring at Universidad de Chile’s School of Design. During the same year he won two grants from Chile’s National Arts and Culture Fund (FONDART), published a review paper in Aural Sound magazine, and taught Object Oriented Programming for the undergraduate Digital Game Design programme at Andres Bello University. Actually he is finishing his Masters thesis for the Education (with a concentration in Educational Informatics) programme at University of Chile.
